In 2011, Vans OTW and The Blackouts (Ako and Atiba Jefferson) set out to create a free reggae compilation featuring music from VP Record’s vast catalog of artists. VP Records houses the best in reggae and dance hall music and the twin DJ duo spent weeks carefully selecting each artist for this vinyl compilation. Although The Blackouts time as OTW Advocates has come and gone, they’ll always be a part of the Vans family
